 The information contained in this privacy statement refers to the following entities and websites.

Project Assurance Technologies is a wholly owned subsidiary of Maklaf Holdings, LLC. This privacy statement covers the site http://www.pmscorecard.com. It also covers the PM Scorecard web based application which is marketed as PM Scorecard, including the web based systems that are used for processing transactions for our customers.


What kinds of information PAT collects on our website

Non-Personal Information
In general, our website automatically gathers certain information about the visitors to our website, such as the numbers and frequency of visitors to various areas of pmscorecard.com. We use such data in the aggregate. This aggregate data helps us determine how much our customers use parts of the site, so we can improve our site to assure that it is as informative and appealing as we can make it for as many of our customers as possible. For example, pmscorecard.com uses "cookie" technology to know how and when pages in our site are visited, and by how many people. These cookies do not collect personally identifiable information. We do not combine information collected through these cookies with other personally identifiable information to tell us who you are or what your e-mail address is.
Like most standard Web site servers we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather high level demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Personal information
Personal information is information that is associated with your name or personal identity. PAT uses personal information to understand better your needs and interests and to provide you with better service. Once you choose to provide us with personal information, you can be assured it will be used only to support your customer relationship with PAT. We take seriously the trust you place in us. PAT will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to others.
From time to time we may post a free download of information that our customers will find useful, post a survey or run a contest for web site visitors. We may collect names email addresses and certain demographic information such as a postal or zip code at the time of download or participation in a survey or contest. This information may be used to contact our customers to describe products or services that we offer. Customer data collected this way will not be sold, leased or given to any third party. If we use an intermediary to conduct these surveys or contests, they may not use users’ personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

How we use your information
-Non-personal data is aggregated for reporting about PAT website usability, performance and effectiveness. It is used to improve the customer experience, usability and site content.
-PAT uses your personal information to provide you with services and to help us better understand your needs. Specifically, we use your information to help you complete a transaction or order, to communicate with you, to provide service and support and to update you on services and benefits.
-Credit card information is used only for payment processing and fraud prevention and are not used for other purposes. We will not keep your financial information longer than is necessary for providing services, unless you ask us to retain your credit card information for future subscription renewals.
-PAT may occasionally market our products using special offers in advertisements. These special offers may induce customers to go to a specific spot on our website. We will track this traffic for marketing purposes.

Third Party Intermediaries
We may use outside credit card processing companies to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
We partner with GotMarketing to mass-communicate with our customers, and maintain a process to exclude communication to visitors and customers who do not wish to receive these kinds of messages.

Communications from the Site
We send all new subscribers to PM Scorecard a welcoming email to verify password and username. In addition, established subscribers may occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. On each of these types of communications we offer the option to not receive future email communications of these types.

Service Announcements
On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send users an email. Generally, users may not opt-out of these communications, though they can deactivate their account. However, these communications are not promotional in nature.

Customer Service
We communicate with users on a regular basis to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account we reply via email or phone, in accordance with the users wishes.

Disclosure
We do not use or disclose information about your individual visits to www.pmscorecard.com or information that you may give us on our website, such as your name, address, email address or telephone number, to any outside companies. We will, however share such information in response to legal process, such as a court order or subpoena.

Links to non-PAT websites
The pmscorecard websites and/or the PM Scorecard web based application may provide links to third-party websites for your convenience and information. If you access those links, you will leave the PAT website. Because PAT does not control those sites or their privacy practices, which may differ from ours, PAT does not endorse or make any representations about third-party websites. The personal data you choose to give to unrelated third parties is not covered by this privacy statement. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any company before submitting your personal information.

Keeping your information secure
PAT is committed to protecting the information you provide us. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, to maintain data accuracy, and to ensure the appropriate use of the information, PAT utilizes physical and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect.

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption when collecting or transferring sensitive data such as credit card information. SSL encryption is designed to make the information unreadable by anyone but us. This security measure is working when you see either the symbol of an unbroken key or closed lock (depending on your browser) on the bottom of your browser window.

About Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer tied to information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. For the session ID cookie, once users close the browser, the cookie simply terminates.
A persistent cookie is a small text file stored on the user’s hard drive for an extended period of time. Persistent cookies can be removed by following Internet browser help file directions. Cookies are used on our website to track session-relevant information during the registration process. None of our business partners use cookies on our site.

Session Variables

PAT uses session variables to identify data that flows between our transaction/registration system and our back end processes. These session variables do not contain
direct customer information, and are destroyed at the end of the transaction/session.

Business Transitions
In the event that PAT is involved with a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of its assets, users’ personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred. Users will be notified via email, and/or prominent notice on our Web site login pages for 30 days prior to a change of ownership or control of their personal information. If as a result of the business transition, the users’ personally identifiable information
will be used in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection they will be given choice consistent with our notification of changes section.

Correcting/Updating/Deleting/Deactivating Personal Information
If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as zip code, phone, email or postal address), or if a user no longer desires our service, the user can contact PAT customer support at 866-500-4160 or by email at support@pmscorecard.com to correct, update or delete/deactivate users’ personally identifiable information. This can be done by emailing our Customer Support at support@pmscorecard.com

Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the homepage, and other places that we feel our customers will likely access it in order to maintain an understanding on the part of our users, as to the information we collect, how we use it, and our position on disclosing it. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.

We will communicate any changes to our policy in advance of those changes taking effect. We will post a prominent notice on our Web site notifying users of the change. In some cases where we post a notice we will also email users, who have opted to receive communications from us, notifying them of the changes in our privacy practices We will not apply changes in policy to data collected prior to the change.
