PM ScorecardTM is a web based tool to measure how well  a project manager does managing a project.  It allows for rating by a variety of people involved in   a project:

• Project Stakeholder

• Project Team Member

• Project Manager

It uses two levels of weighting.  The first level is weighted based on the priorities between:

• Project Team Performance

The second level of weighting is done in each measurement area:

Third Party Verification of

 PM Competency
 

Project Management Scorecard is a third party verification tool to assure that Project Managers  have demonstrated competency in managing projects.  Our system assures the integrity of the rating by storing the rating results on our secure server.  When an internal department or a party hiring a new project manager wants verification of a Project Manager's competency, the Project Manager requests we send their results to the third party.
