Participants complete survey questions tailored to their specific group’s viewpoint of the project.  For example, a customer will have a different viewpoint of a project than a project team member.   

In addition to answering survey questions, participants prioritize the project on 2 levels:  

First, they rank the importance of the project with respect to:
