3)  Your designated project participants will receive emails with a link to a web-based survey.   The surveys gather confidential and uninhibited information covering the same topics customized to each group’s viewpoint.  For example, a sponsor has a different viewpoint than a team member.

4)  We’ll collect and aggregate the measurements across project participants for a 360-degree view of your project.  Surveys questions are kept to a minimum so that participants can respond in an average of 8-12 minutes. Participant groups include Project Sponsor, Customers, Project Manager, Project Stakeholders,  and Team Members. 

5)   Finally, we aggregate and compile your survey data into an easy to read one-page report which you can generate at your convenience on your MYPAT webpage. From there you can send the report link to others.
