All our consultants have demonstrated they have the knowledge, attitude and skills to earn the prestigious Senior Project Executive certificate.  

 

Senior Project Executive candidates have demonstrated  their knowledge for project management by first earning their PMI PMP certification.  Then they participate in a two year  intensive  training and mentoring program to learn how to run projects to improve business performance.  They demonstrate a continual capability of improving business performance through project performance by delivering successful PM ScorecardTM ratings per year.

 

Audits - At PAT we take our role in assuring our customers confidence in our products.  To that end we audit both our own processes as well as the results of our PM ScorecardTM.
